I am sure of one thing when comes to sustainable seafood.

Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program is on its A-game. All the time.

For instance, its sustainable seafood infographic (see below) isn’t just any infographic. This is the 150-pound tarpon you catch on fly under the Seven-Mile Bridge in the turquoise waters of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, the boatload of sustainable Alaska Weathervane Scallops your vessel brings to port, or the bushel of Maryland Blue Crabs from the Chesapeake Bay.

What will you love about this infographic?

It’s clean, concise and not complicated. Because I know one thing for sure – always, always talking about sustainable seafood is hard.

So. Whether you sell seafood, buy seafood, fish for sport, recreationally, or commercially, the more you know about the fisheries industry, the better off the oceans are.

Thanks Seafood Watch!
