Monterey Bay AquariumIt’s been a week since I returned from the infamous Sustainable Foods Institute at Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Here’s my five point take-away:

  1. The buzz generated from Wednesday 6:30 pm to Saturday 10:30 pm with like-minded people and great food and wine, will sustain me with months of fantastic writing material.
  2. The seafood was phenomenal.
  3. The wine was intoxicating. I couldn’t resist that one.
  4. Monterey Bay Aquarium is an awe-inspiring place any day of the week.
  5. I will attend next year.
