EATING SALMON, (its tentative title), is a part-narrative, part-recipe-driven cookbook. But that’s all I can say for now.

It’s been a long journey and it’s not over. In fact, it might be smart to say this is just the beginning. But that would imply everything I’ve done prior to my life changing moment wasn’t important, when in fact everything I’ve done up to this point got me exactly where I needed to be to sign that contract.

Alright, I’m babbling.

So what’s next?

I’m rewriting, cooking, editing, making reference lists, thinking about the second book in the series, and dancing!
