I admit, I’m taking the easy way out this year. I mean, you’re already focused on 2013 and the past is the past, right?

But to keep with tradition, or more likely, the trend to reminisce, or record history, or whatever it is we do when we look back, I decided to upload my photo-video of the seafood recipes I developed last year, along with the fresh seafood I came across while I was out and about.
