Fish On Friday/ Flounder (with recipe)

My Florida Food Blog Friend, Katie, over at Katie’s Cucina offered this Fish On Friday Flounder picture. Her hubby has been fishing a lot lately (yes, I’m jealous) and from the sounds of it the fish have been practically jumping in the boat.

(This phenomenon really does happen…on a blue moon, at 22 miles out, on a Wednesday morning when there are no other boats around.)
