I decided to take a lil’ summer break here on the Food Blog.

Here’s what I’m up to this summer:

I’m preparing my crime thriller manuscript for an agent. #ThorntonPark
I’m headed to NOLA to research and develop recipes for a shrimp cookbook, the second in my sustainable seafood cookbook series.
Biggest news yet, I’m launching my marketing plan for forthcoming Eating Salmon Cookbook (Storey Publishing) April 2016. It’s not too soon to find a few good homes for my book!

Plus, it’s summertime. There are strawberries to roast, flowers to pamper, herbs to tend to, and road trips to take.
