Maureen C. Berry

Hi! Maureen here. Welcome to my food blog. My recipes are mostly healthy-ish, meaning sometimes I use more butter and salt than you might like! For the most part though, I cook with fresh ingredients and responsibly-sourced seafood. I’ve always been a fan of fish and shellfish, and now in 2020, I’m a cancer survivor, and it’s more important than ever to eat the right foods.

I hope you find something to cook, talk about, and share with your family and friends. If you have any questions, I’m here for you. Leave a comment on the recipe post, or shoot me an email, maureencberry@gmail.com. I’d love to hear from you.
